My husband and I were in the process of moving back to Texas from Chicago, and Bruce was recommended to us by some of our friends. We used Bruce over two and a half years ago to purchase our first home, and I can't imagine the process without him! We were both three hours south of DFW at the time we were looking for homes, and Bruce was extremely attentive, accommodating to our needs, and very flexible seeing as we had limited time to spend looking at homes. We were also straight out of college and very novice in the home buying experience, but Bruce made time to answer any and all questions and walk us through every step of the way. He has expert knowledge of the area, and was always able to give us insightful information about different neighborhoods, what to be wary of in a home, things to look for on inspections, etc. He was always willing to lend us his opinion when we asked what he would do in a situation. To this day we keep in contact with Bruce and look to him for recommendations when we need something done around our home. Some people have horrific home buying experiences, and my husband and I consider ourselves so lucky to have found Bruce, who made everything so simple (even during such a busy market)! Since our closing, we have referred both family and friends to Bruce and will continue to do so. When it's time for our next home, we know who we will be calling!

It was absolutely AMAZING!!!! after the disaster of a realtor I had before that was unprepared and unprofessional. Bruce and his team were the polar opposite. After a lengthy conversation about what I was looking for, where, etc. when we met he was prepared with a packet with several listings that fit my requests. That very first group of houses had a couple I liked and he was honest and up front with me about the entire thing, he wasn't pushy but made me think about things I didn't even consider at the time. The process after that to close on the house was just as great, his team was always on top of things. My closing was fast and painless.
